With 200 km of rivers and streams flowing through it and particularly the rivers of the Fier and the Chéran, the Albanais in the Savoie country is the ideal place for fishing in Haute-Savoie. The Chéran, one of the wildest rivers in France, is a known “spot”, notably for fly-fishing fans and combative wild rainbow trout fishermen.

The 7 hectares of the lake in Rumilly also enable you to enjoy other types of fishing (carp, pike, night fishing etc). In winter, the lake is reserved for fly-fishing.

Fishing permits are on sale in the Tourist Office.
